Chaos Shields Changes

Great change to the Chaos Shield spells
As a long time player of a full on Wild Mage this is a very welcome change.
Beforehand it was very arguable that the only real benefit to Wild Mage, since the last changes, was the level 28 -fate. But these changes to Chaos Shield and Improved Chaos Shield are a really nice improvement in the right direction. Not OP but still adds value to them now.

Great, amazing, Christmas-present-gift change!

And, Zavandar, I hope not!

A stupid breach wand already automatically trumps reflexive damage (now that they are at the top of the list) and other purely defensive options...because you can have 45 charge breach wands, but you can only have about 6 meaningful applications of a good reflexive damage spell...and even this you can only have by sacrificing other things you probably need.
