Arelith now live on 8193, and on Switch

As the title says.
There are still one or two issues, mainly that enchantment is currently disabled while we investigate another bug this update to NWN has caused.
As before there continues to be issues with server transitioning on EE. If you get disconnected, just connect again to your chosen server.
