Get rid of assassin application for class, make it for the Guild.

Get rid of the application for the assassin class. Change the NPC IG that gives you your dagger. Make the dagger your DM given token for being part of the guild.

The class isn't really powerful or unique to be so restricted. Assassins in FR are not all part of guilds nor are they all assassins with class levels. It's just a specialized murder class.

(and it'd probably reduce the amount of applications for people just curious to try the class and ensure people who want to join the guild are mostly people who want to do guild stuff!)

We'd have to adjust guild membership to be open by DM application, which would therefore have to be IC, to a certain extent. I'm not keen on doing that.
