Open Skal

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:
- implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
- the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
- the suggestion is too detailed/low-level
Keep your suggestions broad and focused on RP benefits, please, not detailed suggestions of how to tweak X class.

Let's face it, as a starter zone Skal isn't exactly optimal. At this point having it hermetically sealed doesn't really serve much purpose.

Suggestion: when the thaw comes and travel is possible, make return trips also possible. This opens the zone to more faction/rp options.

This is still a very popular starting location, and I do not wish to open it up to epic characters, who tend to dominate all RP and DM events.
