Dweomercraft: Disenchant + 1Regen

Let folk remove things from magical objects. No %, Just coin.

+1 Regeneration:

We got the rings, And they are not universally usefull to non charisma folk

Let's put 1 Regen in the basin with some restrictions

Alternative remove charisma from the rings or add rings of regen without charisma.
