Second round of rebuilds (no timer) after new rods, craftables, etc., are finished and understood by the community

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:
- implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
- the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
- the suggestion is too detailed/low-level
Keep your suggestions broad and focused on RP benefits, please, not detailed suggestions of how to tweak X class.

Part of the frustration that we've seen in recent days has stemmed from the fact that many people don't really know right now how to make a viable non-caster character that can fight casters. This has been brought up directly in this post. Should they take Lore and get it to 80? Will the Lore requirement be lowered? How available will the rods be? How available will the craftables be? Will they meet he necessary requirements?

With a lot of this still up in the air, and some of the key points still not entirely clarified after Irongron's otherwise extremely helpful post here, I think it would be great if another round of rebuilds for everyone could be scheduled to begin maybe a month from now, when things have become more settled and understood. That would allow players who already rebuilt to not worry about having a non-viable character for PvP when all the changes are finished, allow players who haven't yet rebuilt to do so without fear of ending up in the aforementioned situation, and especially to allow players whose characters had craft skills to level up to their previous level without the same worry, without having to sit around at level 1 or 2 until things get figured out.

Given that this second round will take place relatively near to the first round, I don't think there's much risk of players exploiting it, especially with the rules and guidelines in place for what's allowed with one of these rebuilds. The risk of detriment to the server is very, very low, while the benefit to player satisfaction in a time of clear and severe uncertainty is huge.

I think the rebuilds have, or will very soon end. This was Spyre's area, and with his departure we simply cannot offer them any longer.

Rejected (until the next earth-shattering update in 2022)
