Pre-Epic Spell Foci feats available to everyone

With the increased ‘fun’ functionality of many of these feats coming into being at the greater spell focus level I think it would be fun to give mundane classes the option to take them.

Allow spell focus to be taken as a general feat, for all classes, would likely indirectly buff casters, as they could continue to progress in such feats while cross-classing. It may be a better solution to have these feats added to certain exotic items that a caster was unable to easily use, though even that raises problems.
