Additional cookies for deep fighter (or other mundane) investment

Deep fighter investment already gives a bunch of great bonuses. Same goes for rogue.

However, going deep in fighter still gives way less mechanically than adding paladin, BG, and CoT levels.

It seems that the recent server changes are leading to a new trend of creating nominally (un)holy warriors in order to "keep up" against caster-types.

Perhaps some additional perks for high investment in purely mundane classes like Fighter, Rogue, and others (Dwarven Defender) could help to offest this trend?

There are no reworks for those classes (save for Earthkin Defender) currently on the cards, and its not something I currently want to devote development time to right now.
