Change Magic Staff to size: small!

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:

Change Magic Staff to size: small!

Why? Currently small races cannot use it with a shield or off hand. This is important because it makes small races disadvantaged to larger races for them.

further, though not as necessary: make it count under the one handed concussion for weapon focuses. Could be a fun / hilarious alternative for battle magi. It'd be the same as a mace more or less.
