Commoner Craftables!

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:
- implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
- the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
- the suggestion is too detailed/low-level
Keep your suggestions broad and focused on RP benefits, please, not detailed suggestions of how to tweak X class.

Commoner Craftables!

Two small commoner suggestions

1) The main one - have some items that are craftable only by Commoners. One idea that comes to mind is resource bundles that are worth 10 times the amount of units of other options. For example, A lump of granite is worth 50 units. Commoners can hand in 'A Pile of Worked Granite' for 500 units. DC and crafting point usage to be decided by devs.

2) Perhaps as a 'balence' to the above, a change so that commoners can no longer vote in elections. They can still take citizenship and have all the perks that it entails, but they cannot vote.

Rejected for botth. I don't think they need their own craftables, and they should definitely be able to vote.
