Why we do not have an immortal's King crown?

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:
- implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
- the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
- the suggestion is too detailed/low-level
Keep your suggestions broad and focused on RP benefits, please, not detailed suggestions of how to tweak X class.

Suggesting to add this item.

Note: Old crown made from black iron. This crown was property of greatest king which is lost his mind after death of his son.
Cursed item which is provide to wearer some sort of immortality, but slowly drain mental stability. Every mortal, who put on this crown - drowned in reckless madness.

- Minus 4 AC.
- Minus 6 save throw against mind effects
- Immune to critical hits.
- +5 HP regen.
Only Usable By: Fighters
Increased UMD Requirement: 90
Characters Status:
Jencent b'Ack - Got lost in the shadow plane & Died by unknown disease..
Angwil Bronzehand - Kickin and Screaming & Alive.
Waiting for Skeletons as playable race.
