Let's face it, the difference between -2 Normal to the -3 Greater isn't that big. Making the 5% a -4 seems a waste.

Unless: It actually was a negative ECL for when it comes to picking gifts. So you could have a Drow with gifts, for example. I can see that as being something some people would choose.

Rewards are constantly being adjusted, moving this to rejected (as I think its just asking for another ECL value on the Major Reward option?)
