Ritual Circle fixtures

Hullo!
I'd like to suggest removing the rare gem dust components of these fixtures to make them more accessible.
Why? - Well I have made a couple in the past and they have been removed rather quickly (unsure if their removal was RP'd/or just some folk like to RP destroy stuff too much). It seems a big use of time to have the DMs looking into these kinds of thefts and I feel they would disappear less quickly if folk could make them more easily. Of course it'd be nicer if people just respected fixtures, but too often that is not the case.
