Mighty Rage Change

I absolutely love the concept behind mighty rage, you get to be Wulfgar busting out of that hold person spell and wreck some hapless mage. But sadly I've seen mighty range been called worthless more than a few times and its by far the hardest rage to get, it requires 21 points in both STR and Con, as well as 20 barbarian levels while the other two ranges only require 15. And while what it does currently is amazing, raging and closing the distance a safer bet when it comes to dealing with casters than letting them get you first.


Suggestion 1: Make it separate but very limited in use. Either add a long cooldown timer (10 turns) or it to the 3 (or less) uses a day.

This will allow for the same effect but keep it from being too spam-able.

Suggestion 2: Make it separate but change the effect to allow for a reroll on saving throws when used. Limit it to once per rage, or the same cooldown but only starts when rage ends.

This would give a similar effect against fortitude but still leave things dicey with will and reflex saves. Its limited in its use because of the low saves barbarians get but can be used with much greater frequency.

Suggestion 3: Keep it as is but add immunity to CC (even limited immunity) for the same duration as the movement speed increase.

This would allow for closing the distance over area of effects, traps and such. As it is now, if someone's simply tossed a bunch of acid bombs or other CC across the area you just take the same effect you got out of immediately when you cross into another, making it limited in its use against them.
