Endure Elements, Resist Elements, Protection from Elements, and Energy Buffer absorb 5*CL damage before breaking, capped in tiers. Maybe doubled with ESF: Abjuration.
Right now, they're not a good use of a spell slot, since they're likely to break after a single fight, so they typically get wanded or saved only for boss fights. Also reduces the hassle of trying to protect a party with spells in areas with ambient elemental damage.
