Sorcerers - Brew Potion - Dweomercraft

When we look at to dweomercraft tier calculations, a wizard with 24 level already reaches to Dweomercraft Tier III. Because as their class feat, they getting scribe scroll for free. Now there is something that is not fair between sorcerers and wizards.

When we look at wizards, they have opportunity to getting 4 extra feats in their pre epic than sorcerer thanks to their nerd nature.
So a wizard can pick up 11 feat pre-epic while a sorcerer can only take 7 feat. But... now. Is this said sorcerer will spend his 7 feat on taking spell focuses, meta magic feats, or will spend his already LOW feat amount to get scribe scroll/brew potion/craft wand for qualifying Tier III dweomercraft. Which is huge penalty for a proper sorcerer to drop a feat to qualify for dweomercraft tier III while wizards having an easy life even without spending their one of 4 EXTRA FEATS to getting scribe scroll/brew potion/craft wand since they already got scribe scroll.

Please grant sorcerers brew potion feat at level 1 like how wizards getting scribe scroll.
