Add a "Take Possession" option to enchantment and/or crafting menus

Renaming items and changing their descriptions is a lot of fun, but oftentimes impossible. From found items, to purchased items, to items that someone crafted for you but you don't like the name or description of, there are many ways that an item that might be fun or important to your character could be un-renamable.

Currently, this can be circumvented by adding a weight reduction to the time, but there are a few caveats.

First, it's expensive (relatively), which means that renaming a bunch of cheap, fun items (maybe you just want to make some RP cookies for an event you're hosting) can suddenly become quite costly.

More importantly, though, it's an enchantment with a <100% success chance. While this is fine for those cheap items, it means that you might lose an expensive or rare item just because you wanted to rename it or change the description. This is even more important when it comes to already-heavily-enchanted items. Maybe your scimitar was always just called "Masterly Damask Scimitar" with the default description. After spending many hours and huge amounts of gold getting a Keen enchantment on it, and then spending some time with it, you realize that you'd really like to give it a name, and a description. But alas! The person who actually "owns" the item is no where to be found. Maybe you don't remember who it is, or they stopped playing the character, or anything else. So you're stuck forever with your Masterly Damask Scimitar, unless you want to spend all that time and money on making another one.

To work around this, it would be great to have a "Take possession" option for items. Either a 100% chance, no limit enchantment, or just an option in the crafting menu. All it would do is give your character ownership of the item in question so that you can rename or redescribe it at will. If need be, it could even still cost gold to do, as long as it's always available, and always successful.

This is a great suggestion (that had never occurred to me before...)
