Sorcerers... people blessed by magic itself, often due to presence magical entity as ancestor, such as dragons, fiends or feys. They rely on their very presence, look, choice of words and/or talent to bend the reality... yet, they cannot persuade the peasant to sell them food a little cheapier or fool the enemies with sweet words or a bluff. They also have way more time than wizards to practice everyday abilities as well as fighting, since magic comes for them with ease, even if it offers lesser variety than knowledge obtained by wizards.
My suggestion is to grant sorcerer skills such as: Bluff, Intimidate, Perform and Persuade as class skills and perhaps increase their base skill points per level by 1 or 2.
