Xanalress is not technically a language on its own in the lore as its just the drow dialect of the "elven family". In game it currently exists on a couple of FOIG locations to be bought and some of the books that exist probably are sourced to there and private libraries.
I think it makes perfect sense that it would be added to loot matrixes, especially to show up in the UD loot libraries (places like the Duergar Stronghold, Old Udos if it has libraries, and the Crinti areas.)
