Halfling divine rogue

Just curious if anyone is able to provide a link to a divine rogue, or even just give me some idea of the level spread? Thanks!
19rogue/5paragon/6cot is currently still the best way to go, but you'd have to play a harper for it
alternatively, 20rogue/4paladin/6cot
replace cot with fighter if you're okay with turning in wrath and some uni saves for epic weapon spec. the benefit of going fighter is less windup and +6 constant physical damage instead of the situational wrath damage (but wrath gives better additional bonuses that epic weapon spec doesn't give, most importantly the AB increase)
paragon variant is best, because no 13 STR requirement. paladin comes second, because it still gets fear immunity. the blackguard variant is by far the worst because it requires 13 STR, has no fear immunity and has to do with the beast belt instead of the ridiculously overpowered RH ring, and (for dips) its bull's strength ability has been turned into garbage sometime ago
