Weapon focus weapon type/ single weapon

How, for instance, do the weapon focus: two hand bladed (or whatever) and weapon focus: greatsword interact?

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. WF: Two handed will give you the equivalent of the weapon focus feat for all weapons in that category. WF: Greatsword is no longer selectable, but even if it was, they would not stack. Does that help?

How does this interact with weapon specialization, improved crit etc.? Are they tied to groups of weapons too?

Unless you are a weapon master, it's all groups
