[Solved] Does rogue need a heal skill?

Realistically speaking does a rogue need heal skill? Talking about pure rogue.

Yep! Very useful on a stealth class because you can heal yourself + friends without breaking stealth.
As far as I know every class only benefits from having heal skill, atm. Even healer clerics will want to max this skill. Absolutely everyone should have max heal unless you're sacrificing it willingly for some reason that matters more to you!

Heal is one of those skills you cant gear and REALLY want on any character except maybe healer cleric. Any character needs it and its the last skill I would 'lose' if I had too many skills to pick and not enough points.

Alright, after playing with it in PGCC, I figured out which skill to trade for it. Thanks for the responses.

Heal is a very powerful skill for any class, given the relative scarcity/effectiveness of healing items. Plus yes, healing from stealth is a big plus.

The main issue with heal kits on a rogue is the carry capacity. Having a lot of kits uses up your weight pretty quickly.

I know. However even a 10str char can carry at least 30 of them.

In the end I decided that pickpocket without bluffomancy isn't worth it for a dungeon diver rogue. Not sure when I'll actually get to play that rogue though.
