The 10 disc SHOULD kick in at 28, but if you wanted to really sure, you could test it out on the PGCC using the new -transfer command.

Hmmm. At lvl 29. Hasn’t kicked in still at around 47 disc with no esf disc.

Hm. Either it doesn't show up on the character sheet, or that's a bug. There's nothing in the update thread about the +10 discipline getting removed.

According to the wiki is just says +10 discipline and nothing about the feat (suggesting you can stack them in your build).

If you have 47 discipline and haven't taken the feat it sounds pretty close to that it might be working. Have you totalled it all up? Are you wearing discipline items? How many if so?
