Horse Riding with Cloak

Hi

This is not a bug hence, i didn't list it in the Bug Forum.
I've no idea why NWN somehow didn't include "Shoulder level" features when you ride the horse.
The so-called "Shoulder level" includes your armor's Left & Right Shoulder, together with the Cloak not visible, although you are clearly wearing the Cloak.

I've always fantasize that a Knight riding Horse should always comes with Cloak and when they Hop on and Hop off the horse, their cloak will go "squish, flutters". I mean, it looks really good. You know, in movies or any shows with Knights, they always wore cloaks when they ride. It's so awesome and cool

Perhaps, the admin team can do something about this since there's hak and so on available now?
I'm not into programming hence, i've no idea if this is actually possibly doable.

Its the way horses are treated in the code. Technically the horse occupies the cloak slot, or so I'm lead to believe.

Hopefully a fix comes out from beamdog
