Backpacks not showing on PGCC

Backpacks can be imported through -transfer, but you can't actually add backpacks on the PGCC. At least in my experience. Because a backpack is an essential part of the look for a lot of characters, I've found that it's hard to fiddle with costumes on the PGCC.
