I noticed tribal warriors now not only copy your worn armor, but also you currently equipped backpack.
My backpack is mainly what distinguishes me from my tribals (along with my helm). I use banners to make me the center of my (very small) army, or tribal skulls. The effect is ruined when my tribals wear the same.
I really, really, dislike this new feature, and would like it removed, or set as optional.
just turn your banner off before you summon them, and then summon them again.
Not just backpacks, but also wings. While testing, I've realised that winged races spawn wingless tribal henchmen, which in some cases simply made no sense.
If you'd like to workaround the new functionality, consider the steps mentioned above.
