Pirate Tattoos

Hello.

I would like to suggest an improvement to the pirate Tattoos that the sencliff faction recieve.

Something themed on pirate activity with perhaps bonuses to Bluff, Hide, Move silently type skills for evading capture
Maybe some sort of sailing bonus, faster travel?
Maybe even the option of a bonus to parrying? For all those swashbuckling pirates.
Even a bonus to buying and selling for all the loot and plunder they return with? That can be assigned to the Pirates upon gaining certain Ink'd ranks within the faction, much akin to the Radiant Heart factions bonuses.

This would provide Pirate players with a way to mainly avoid enemy players a little more as they are activily hunted when spotted with there tattoos, and not all classes are adept at evading those hunting them.
This reward system would also provide an incentive for players to join the woefully unplayed sencliff faction and perhaps breath more life into its playerbase.

Bonuses will need to be module and not a new meta, ie, stats/skills/xp.
