We let the Anm building bring us the Exchange:
Metal sample:
100 steel ingots for 10 mithril ingots and 100 mithril ingots for 10 adamantine ingots.
Gems are a bit tricky, I imagine:
10 garnets for 1 fire opal, ten fire opals for 1 diamond, 10 diamonds for 1 ruby and 10 rubies for 1 emerald.
I really hope you'll take it so some of us has a more fair chance to aquire high end materials.
