Brief hide in plain sight when using smokescreen

It would be neat to get a few seconds (maybe a round) of hide in plain sight after using the rogue smokescreen so it can be used as a getaway tool.
If PCs could be prevented from attacking during that time, approved (for only a few seconds)
Moved to rejected as advised this is far too overpowered on top of the existing rogue toolkit.
