Hello! I don't know how much work this would be, but would it not be possible to make it so that Hobgoblins just use the Horc model, with a certain set of dynamic faces and skin colors?
I mean, personally I would be completly fine with if we all had the same face, as long as we could have clothing. And not look like we were at skates.
Also, why not if you do this make Hobgoblin a reward free race?

I already want hobgoblin moved to a regular race, so that is happening (eventually)
I do not wish to use either the half-orc or human model though, as I really don't think either is suitable. We will hopefully find a new model in the near future.
