Two PGCC things

I had a pair of suggestions regarding PGCC to improve QoL on it:
1. A number of new items, namely newer robes (Jester's Jubilant Attire, Grand Magi's Robes, Inception of Nightmares, etc.) are not on PGCC, even to craft. Could those be added?
2. Could PGCC be reset a bit more regularly? It can often be up for days on end, causing it to lose a bit of functionality. The big things are the leveling NPCs often get stuck as busy and cannot talk to you, often leaving only one available for use, and the disappearance of Bobo, which is incredibly useful for testing DPS but often isn't around for use because it gets destroyed.
