Right now the system encourages wide spread bidding. Maybe you get something, maybe you get absolutely nothing. But the more you try, the more likely you are to get something.
This means sometimes people are really lucky and they get 2, or more properties of the same type.
Which means all those spare properties go back up for sale, and a lot of people are needlessly disappointed.
I think it'd be a vast improvement to make it so that if you win a house, all your bids on other houses are cancelled. If you win a bid on a shop, all bids on other shops are cancelled.
That way players bid only on properties they actually want, and if they get one then they don't accidentally get more than one and waste people's times and frustrate them.

Approved, so long as there's a seperation of quarter and shop (e.g. If I win a shop, I don't want to loose my bid on a quarter)
