Warlock Blast double-checking SR

This MAY be working as intended, but I thought I'd bright it up: Warlock blasts seem to trigger SR twice, once for damage and once for the spell. If the first SR check is failed, the spell does nothing - no damage, no other effect. If the first SR check is passed, warlock blast damage is applied, and another SR check is rolled to see if the spell's secondary effect occurs.

I can get a screenie of this, if my explanation isn't clear!
