I have the same issue when -relevelling.
Character: Alexander Fisher
Account: FlutterButter
Currently stuck at 12 unable to level up.

Your character does not have the issue of too many hitpoints, but does not meet the skill requirement for advancing in the prestige class. You are missing one point in move silently.

Got a relevel on login, stuck at 1. It says not to log out at one, but I don't think I can sit here indefinitely? Am I safe to hop off?
