Some custom spells losing custom icons

Avascular Mass and Finger of Agony both changed to the above appearance, in my spellbook and quickbar. It may be related, but those were the only two custom spells I had prepared and on my quickbar.
Other spells appear unaffected thus far.

Seems no changes has been done to Icons lately so not sure what could have caused this. Is it only these two spells for you? Also I'd like to hear if other players have similar issues with these icons.

It was only the two spells. Worth noting that now, they appear to be behaving normally.
