This new version of NWN EE sucks. Wont let you play in fullscreen mode, wont let you adjust the resolution, wont let you turn the camera as easily, and for some reason anti-aliasing no longer works so everything looks butt ugly. Don't think i'm going to be playing much as long as this abomination of an update remains in place. Thanks a lot Beamdog!

You can set it to fullscreen by opening the nwn.ini file adding/changing the values under the display settings to the below.

[Display Options]
Borderless=0
FullScreenDesktopMode=1
FullScreen=1

TY already found a way to put it into fullscreen. Only remaining problem is anti-aliasing still refuses to work. Any way i can force it to function?

If you have an NVidia graphics card, you can set the anti-aliasing mode to override in the NVidia control panel for NWN, under manage 3d settings.
Not a proper fix, but it worked for me.

Seems the steam gui causes issues where the direct app launch works. Had to set at a lower frame rate as well.

I'm having huge problems. I have no text anywhere. The log in screen is blank, I only got in game because I remember where to click. In game I have no text at all.

I play through the Beamdog client not Steam. I really don't know what to do.

I got around the steam issue by forcing the game into full-screen mode using alt+enter. The anti-aliasing i had to fix by going to my graphics card and overriding all the games settings on my comp to have it on.

No idea how to fix it running Beamdog sadly i use Steam.

I have the beamdog version and everything works fine. I am able to toggle full-frame to windowed mode fine, all texts show up fine, tested pretty much all graphics settings and they all work fine so far as I can tell. I am running just the windows GPU (4600 I think?).

With the issues described here you may want to try and re-install it?

At first I was having trouble, too, then I realized I'd plugged my monitor into my motherboard instead of my video card on my new computer. Now everything is actually shiny and chrome and runs super smooth (even in Cordor!) and I haven't even crashed once since!

Also running Beamdog version.

Updated- started game. Hit Alt+Enter to force full screen. Went to video options -> Resolution & UI scaling -> Select as appropriate for full-screen.

Selected multi-player, logged into arelith, picked character, started game- game reverted to 800x600. Pressed O, went to video options -> resolution & UI Scaling. Selected my full-screen resolution, again. Made sure UI scaling was 1. Selected apply and okay.

Problems fixed.

Beamdog promised peak performance after this update and they have delivered.

Altering a game so you have to mess around in ini files to just make it acceptable isn't a good thing.

Ive fixed my windowed and graphics issues with this update anyone know how to fix the text as it's blocky and ugly as hell.

Tried messing around with the anti aliasing settings and it does nothing to fix it, either in game or on my graphics card.

I had to have someone walk me through that fix also. In video settings, advanced options, I think it was the bottom box, something alone the lines of high graphic font? Unclick that box.

Beamdog version after update: Need to reset my resolution twice in order to get my proper resolution for some reason. Everytime I log in. Low-key annoying.
