New faction not available after reset

I created new factions but it does not show that I have any factions. One was created two days ago with at least one server reset since then. Another was created yesterday. I tried to interact with the faction via bank teller. I tried server hopping. DM Fox says he can see the faction in his tool. It just does not show up for me when I enter -factions.
