Blade Thirst Vamp Regen

Description of Bug Experienced:
Technically a pair of bugs, or rather unexpected behavior.
A: Hitting an inanimate object with blade thirst on your weapon regenerates HP.
B: Hitting an enemy with blade thirst active but dealing no damage regenerates HP.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1: As a ranger, cast Blade Thirst on your weapon.
2A: Walk up to the nearest inanimate object and give it a wallop.
2B: Hit an enemy with high DR, ala Abazuur, dealing no damage.

Expected Result:
No healing.

Actual Result:
Healing.

Notes
This could be intended behavior, I suppose, but it functions contrary to the description of normal (ie not Arelith custom script) vampiric regeneration on the NWN wiki.
