Description: Log in, all works good, can run. Enter stealth, leave stealth, now I can only walk. Only reloggging fixes it til I stealth again. Tried, resting, clothes off/ on, nothing. relog only. This has now persisted across a reset for me, yesterday it was ud, now it is surface as well.

Steps to reproduce: Enter stealth, leave stealth.

Expected result: Expecting full function of the movement speed to run away from superior foes.

Actual result: Not getting full function of the movement speed to run away from superior foes.

This is a bit hard on a rogue and not much fun at all.

Toggling the -alwayswalk console command on and off is your typical fix
