Captain Masantil, located in Sencliff and Guldorand Docks, has a FOIG interaction that allows travel for certain characters.

When you speak to her in Sencliff, she will charge you the coin and bring you, and your nearby party members, with you. However,

When you speak to her in Guldorand Docks, she will only take the person who talked to her. This leads to circumstances where if you are not a FOIG character, you cannot bring your party with you on the inbound trip, only on the outbound trip.

Also she doesn't charge you for an inbound trip, either.
