On the top floor of the Cordor Commons building, in the common area there is a Planar Explorer NPC that shows up randomly when you enter the room. I have come across him there three times now. He goes through a dialogue to accept coin to take you to somewhere in the shadow planes.

I do not know if this intended or a bug, so dropping it here - just in case he's not supposed to be visiting!!

Description of Bug Experienced:
Walk into the Cordor Commons building and go up the stairs. As you reach the top step, the Planar Explorer spawns in.

These NPCs have been randomly popping up in certain locations for many years, including Cordor Commons.

Absolutely intentional, though they could likely do with an update.
