Rustfire Inn isn't considered a tavern for Herbalism drink benefits
Description of Bug Experienced:
Made a Yarrow Beer at the Rustfire Inn.
Drank the Yarrow Beer inside the Rustfire Inn immediately after its creation.
Received "this drink is fresh!" message.
Regeneration bonus only set for 30 minutes. This was checked immediately after drinking the beer.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
See above.
Expected Result:
The regeneration bonus should last an hour and a half.
Actual Result:
The bonus only lasted a half hour.

Additional Information/Notes
I'd previously made a yarrow beer elsewhere, and when I drank it inside the Rustfire Inn, I didn't receive the "this is fresh" message. I assumed I'd gone past the fresh timer, so I made another one as described above.
If the Rustfire Inn is correctly set as a tavern, then the issue becomes that the new beer's timer didn't correctly override the previous beer's timer.
