My weapons and everyone's glow with bright white light. I don't believe it's an Arelith bug, but not sure. Must be something in my setting but I can't figure it out. Has anyone encountered this and is there a known solution?

Its says on one of the opening screens. Arelith Graphic Override 11/23/18 and Graphic Override (developer0 8/14/2018 newest mist/fog.

You have to disable them to fix the white glow. These mods are not compatible with the latest NWN patch.
