Recent Patches Broke UCL for Multiple Classes

I recently got to level 7 Blackguard, and instead of gaining UCL to 4, it instead lowered it from UCL 3 to UCL 2.
Character Kharnuunr Kutgruhk
Fighter 3
Knight 3
Blackguard 7
I summoned a vampire kine UCL 3 on 4/18/2024 when I was Blackguard level 5, today 4/20/2024 when I hit Blackguard level 7, I summoned a regular vampire UCL 2.
So some update you guys pushed out in the past two days messed up UCL calculations.

Did a relevel trying to fix the UCL level and now I ended up with UCL 1 instead.
