Simple, as RPR is completely subjective yet a small token of recognition I'd like to see all inherent mechanics removed from it. Why? It advantages only those who have it, those who have it will have it and it taken away from them for completely subjective reasons.
Remove its ECL bonus.
Remove anything gated behind it like classes or features.
Make it so XP trickles at the same rate from the adventure pool for everyone.
The bonuses completely alienate people who do not have them. It literally says, even without intention, 'You're not trying hard enough'. A small bonus to XP in general should be its only contribution.
Remove all mechanics from RPR
