Expeditions

Basic idea: Tie expeditions into the writ system.
I've never once seen the expedition system used, which seems like a shame. Could it be tied into writs, so that it sends you close to the location of one of your writs, along with anyone else who signed up and has the same writ? You could even move the Registry into the expedition building, and perhaps change one of the Speedy deliveries (probably the theater dude's) to there to introduce people to it.
