Simple Shadow Mage Buff

I'd like to propose a simple buff to the shadow mage class.
A bonus equal to the int/cha modifier to hide and move silently. Bluff, Listen and/or Spot too? Maybe.
Right now they are little more shady than basic wiz/sorc who takes 3 levels of bard as most with even little investment in detection skills can spot them without issues. But allowing them to use their casting stats for shady stuff, would take their shadiness to a new, shady level and would certainly make their sacrifice worth it.
