Darkbolt to evil domain

Since there is no darkness domain for clerics, could the Darkbolt spell be added to the cleric's spellbook on the EVIL domain?

There might one day be a darkness domain. I think the project was put on hold for the moment while the dev is busy. These sorts of changes would likely best be done all at once as part of a larger project. This way people aren't stuck with the 'wrong' domains if things change.
