It's been discussed in past that people want to modify their weapon glow effect / remove it. I think it would be good to introduce new NPCs with appropriate story that modifies weapon glow effect in exchange of gold.
10.000 coins for removing glow effect.
40.000 coins for applying a glow effect of your choice.
Maybe even restrict alignment glowing effects (such as evil and good/holy glow effects) to special locations. So like a NPC in Bane's church would be capable of applying evil glow. Or a NPC in radiant heart quarter is capable of applying holy glow.
