Remove Gold Value from Items

While the gold value on items has its merits, it damages the player based economy by overinflating and under inflating the true value of the item. This is seen primarily on Skal where players don't have a good grasp on the overall economy. Shops in Skal are ludicrously overpriced often placed in a shop for the exact gold value listed on the item.
